  • Air Freight
  • Road Transport (Domestic & Border Trade)

Shipping mode depends on order size and buyer preference.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and mode of transport.
  • Charges will be shared in the Proforma Invoice before order confirmation.

4. Export Documentation

We provide necessary export documents such as:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Other documents as required by importing country

5. Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Local taxes
  • Customs clearance charges in the destination country

6. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country and shipping method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or unforeseen circumstances.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If goods are damaged during transit, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos and documentation.

Claims will be processed as per shipping insurance terms.
